Today Devin, his lady JohJoh, Zephyr and I traveled across the Rockies and headed for Telluride. An already long drive was made even longer by a fatal car accident, which blocked both lanes. We waited hours for the road to be cleared; everyone got out of their cars and started milling about. We had a car picnic, I taught JohJoh more about her camera, Devin played songs on the eukelele. Zephyr may have been the most patient one involved. After nearly 11 hours on the road we made it to the ranch. It was annoying - but mostly we were thankful to be alive.
